Abstract In this paper, the solution to a coupled flow problem for micropolar medium undergoing structural changes is presented. The occur because of grinding in funnel-shaped crusher. standard macroscopic equations mass and linear momentum are solved combination with balance equation microinertia tensor containing production term. constitutive describe viscous material viscosity coefficient depending on characteristic particle moment inertia, so-called microinertia. A system presented numerically order determine distribution fields velocity, pressure, coefficient, all points continuum. numerical found by using implicit finite difference method upwind scheme.
